Horse Boarding in Tracy

Lone Tree Ranch is a private boarding facility nestled in the foothills south of Tracy along Lone Tree Creek. The ranch features 310 acres of rolling hills and creek bottom for riding, includes a 150 x 300’ outdoor arena, two 60’ round pens, two wash racks, and various stalls, corrals and pastures.

We limit our facility to a maximum of 30 horses so clients can enjoy the privacy of the ranch without overcrowding. Specialized care is given to each individual horse’s needs whether it is housed in the full care barns, corrals, or out on pasture.

We invite you to explore our facility and see what we have to offer. More information on our facility and rates can be found on the boarding link. Thank you for checking us out and we look forward to hearing from you.

Lone Tree Ranch was originally founded in 1876 by Conrad Gerlach to pursue farming and ranching in San Joaquin County. The ranch began grazing sheep and farmed barley to sustain its future. The ranch has remained in the same family and over the last 141 years the ranch has evolved into rangelands utilized for beef production and aggregate mining.
