The Ritz

The Ritz is our newly constructed 8 stall raised center aisle barn named for its plush amenities. This barn features a 12 x 12’ stall with a large paddock and include turnout into a private pasture every other day. Each individual horse is “partnered “up with another ritz client so each turnout pasture only has two horses in it at a given time. This barn also includes supplemental feeding services supplied by the owner. Horses are fed 2x day and stalls cleaned 7 days a week. Other services are available on request.

The Bunkhouse

$225.00 per month

The Bunkhouse is our indoor shedrow style barn. This barn features 5 – 14x16 pipe panel stalls with paddocks. This barn includes supplemental feeding services, feeding 2x day, and cleaned 7 days a week. Turnout is available for an additional charge.

The OK Corral

$200.00 per month

The OK Corral is a large 100 x 100’ pipe rail corral divided into two sections. Each section will house up to two horses. The corral features an open sided hay barn as a shelter and windbreak. Supplemental feeding services are included. Corrals are cleaned bi-weekly or as needed. Horses are fed 2x day.

The Creekbottom

$150.00 per month

The Creekbottom pasture is an 8 acre pasture emcompasing a portion on Lone Tree Creek. Horses have the open side of our historic redwood barn as a shelter and wind break and are fed 2x day.

Upland Pastures

 $150.00 per month

The Upland pasture is a 4 acre pasture with an 18x18’ shelter. Horses are fed 2x day.
